Flexibility Training for Runners - from Fraser's Blog

This is why the TRX is my favorite piece of workout equipment. You can do strength AND flexibility exercsies on it! Out of all the exercise equipment I've seen and purchased, this is the one I recommend to patients if they have to get one thing. Best value and very compact, too!
